Play script and its adaptation - work in progress, currently seeking grants from funding bodies

Synopsis: Winter Solstice is a story of friends celebrating the REDACTED holiday of Shab-e Yalda in the REDACTED desert. On the longest night of the year, the disjointed group tries to bond but are distracted by a meteor shower. A REDACTED between Ameera and Diana unravels, marked by an undesired return “home”. Shooting stars alter the story’s trajectory, and a shimmering sky carries reckonings and answers.
